Nappy Cake

I wanted to create the perfect gift for my sisters baby shower/hen night

So i had ago at making a nappy cake

OK my friend and i are real geeks. Poshbird (we both have the same name and she went to Southend high for girls ,so that makes her posh) Comes around to my house once a week and we sit in front of the tv watching our period dramas eating cheesy Doritos and giant buttons

making assorts of thing from Sewing knitting ,scrapbooking and anything creative. I t was poshbirds birthday in april ,i didn't want to buy anything from the high street-- So i thought i would make her something ,whilst blog hopping i came across mayaroad.com and found great inspiration from a sewing kit made from packaging from mayaroad. I have never really used felt,Its great stuff cant wait to create more!!1

Christmas Mini book

This is a Mini book i had about 3 months ago and have just managed to upload the pictures to my computer!!The Mini book is of Poppys first christmas.I'm not a mini book person but i was very proud of the outcome.It only took me a week to make!! The circle mini book template was part of a kit from total papercrafts and the papers are k&company Peppermint twist

Clear Out

Im having a massive clearout this week !!! We went to ikea on saturday and brought loads of storage for my scraproom .It's looking pretty cool now just a few finishing touches .
Im selling my big shot machine and all the dies plus bits and bobs as im limited for space now !! I was sorting out my 12x12 papers and they are about the same height as me,that is bad !!! anyway check out my listing for some bargains on the link on the right xxx

I know,I know Im A bad Blogger! Now Christmas is done and dusted i can get back to being normal. We have just finished celebrating our daughters 1st birthday (time has gone so quick!!!)We had a great day and snapped some good pictures!!

Im itching to start scrapping her party photos but i have to control myself .New Years resolutions :

1.do not get ahead of self

2.finish wedding album

3.stop spending!!

Anyway About the layout ..... I love this lo i scrapped it twice one for my album and one for my mum ,I managed to do 8 layouts in my mums Album in the end and she loved it.I really enjoyed doing it all over again(sad i know).I used k and co doll house papers and victorian lace (which i pinched from my mums cupboard).
